All Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date. We cannot accept any refunds or exchanges after the 14 days and/or if the apparel has been worn and/or washed. If any apparel is damaged upon delivery, Ord Apparel will gladly exchange the damaged item. Please contact us at AnneHoward@ordapparel.com. We will respond to your email within 48 hours.
